Service Area
The standard transfer rate applies to addresses located within approximately 15 minutes of Burradoo Park Farm, including Bowral, Burradoo, Moss Vale and selected surrounding Southern Highlands areas.

Booking Terms and Conditions
- Chauffeured transport is charged at $75 each way ($150 return).
- Bookings are available for a maximum of four (4) guests per vehicle.
- The standard service area for this rate includes addresses within a 15-minute drive from Burradoo Park Farm, as calculated by Google Maps.
- Addresses outside this 15-minute radius are available at an additional charge.
- All bookings must include both pickup and return transfers. One-way bookings are not available.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking.
- Once confirmed, bookings are non-transferable and non-refundable.
- No changes to bookings can be made within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup time. No exceptions.
- A grace period of five (5) minutes is included for all pickups.
- After the grace period has expired, waiting time charges will apply at $15 per 15-minute block, charged in full increments.
- Changes to passenger details or pickup location outside the allowed amendment window are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
- Guests are responsible for ensuring they are ready at the agreed pickup times.
