Our Southern Highlands Chauffeur Fleet
From one executive travelling to the airport to a wedding party, touring group or 57 passengers heading to a major event, our fleet has been chosen for journeys throughout the Southern Highlands, Sydney, Canberra and regional New South Wales.
Tell us who is travelling, how much luggage is coming and anything else we should consider. We’ll recommend the vehicle that fits the journey properly — not simply the smallest one that can technically hold everyone.

Why the right vehicle matters.
Passenger numbers are only part of the picture. A sedan that is perfect for two executives and their luggage will not necessarily suit four passengers with several large suitcases. A bus may have enough seats for a group but require the enclosed luggage trailer when everyone is travelling with bags.
Access needs, child seats, dress bags, mobility equipment and oversized items can also change which vehicle will make the journey most comfortable.
Tell us about the people travelling and everything coming with them. We’ll consider the complete journey before recommending the most suitable vehicle.
All passenger capacities shown below exclude the driver. Luggage figures are a practical guide and may vary according to the dimensions and shape of individual items.
How your vehicle is selected.
We allocate the vehicle category around the passenger numbers, luggage and journey requirements provided when you enquire. For example, a sedan may suit two passengers travelling with luggage, while four passengers with four large bags will generally require a Kia Carnival or premium SUV.
Your written quote will confirm the vehicle category included in the booking.
If a particular model is important for a wedding, proposal or special occasion, tell us when enquiring so we can confirm what is available. Where we operate more than one vehicle within a category, individual colour, trim and registration details may vary.
The photographs on this page show vehicles from our own fleet rather than generic stock images. Where several vehicles of the same type are operated, the exact vehicle photographed may not be the one allocated to every booking.
A vehicle for every group.
Nine vehicle types across a 13-vehicle fleet, chosen for the Southern Highlands, Sydney, Canberra and regional NSW. Every photograph shows a vehicle from our own fleet. Where we operate several vehicles in a category, the exact vehicle allocated may vary.

Luggage, children and accessibility.
A few things worth knowing before you book.
More luggage than the vehicle can carry?
Our enclosed luggage trailer carries up to 24 suitcases and can be used with the Kia Carnival vans, 11-seat Renault Master, 13-seat Toyota HiAce and 24-seat Rosa buses. We’ll recommend the trailer where passenger numbers leave insufficient room for luggage and include it as part of your written quote. Tell us about oversized cases, golf clubs, mobility aids, prams, dress bags or unusual items when enquiring.
Travelling with children?
Child seats are available in every vehicle except the 57-seat coach and will be included in your written quote. Tell us the children’s ages and the type of restraint required when enquiring so we can confirm an appropriate vehicle and seating arrangement — the number and placement of child seats can affect how many adults comfortably fit.
Choosing a vehicle with easier access.
Our fleet does not currently include a wheelchair-accessible vehicle. However, we regularly assist passengers with mobility limitations who may need additional time, patience or a vehicle that is easier to enter and exit. Vehicle heights, steps and door openings vary considerably across the fleet — tell us about any mobility needs when enquiring and we’ll discuss which available vehicle may provide the most comfortable arrangement.
Why the recommended configuration is sometimes lower than the maximum.
For example, the Kia Carnival can carry up to seven passengers with light luggage, but six passengers is the recommended configuration when the group also has up to five large suitcases.
Tell us both the passenger and luggage numbers so we can recommend the complete arrangement rather than relying only on the number of seats.
Do the passenger numbers include the driver?
No. Every passenger capacity shown on this page is in addition to the professional driver.
Luggage figures are practical guides based on standard large suitcases and carry-on bags. Oversized cases, prams, golf clubs, mobility equipment and unusually shaped items may require more room — tell us the quantity and type of every item when enquiring.
Passenger numbers or luggage changed?
Contact us as soon as possible. Changes may affect which vehicle is suitable, whether a luggage trailer is required and the cost of the booking. Any vehicle change is subject to availability, so early notice gives us the best chance of adjusting the arrangement.

Vehicle suitability may vary according to road access, property entrances, turning areas and safe collection points. This is particularly important for the 24-seat buses and 57-seat coach, so send us every collection and destination address when enquiring.
