Our usual office hours are 9am-5pm. During office hours, your call or message comes directly to the people managing the bookings.
Outside Office Hours
The office line diverts to our mobiles. We are not a continuously staffed 24-hour office, but if there is an urgent issue affecting an upcoming or current journey, call 02 4872 3038 and we will do everything reasonably possible to help.

Flights are delayed. Plans change. We cannot control every change, but we never want a passenger with an active booking left wondering who to contact. There is a real person at the other end of the phone who knows the business and cares about finding a solution.

A Few Quick Answers
As early as you can, particularly for weekends, weddings, school holidays and other busy travel periods. We are a private, pre-booked chauffeured service rather than an on-demand taxi — drivers and vehicles are allocated to confirmed journeys in advance, which allows us to plan every booking properly. We can sometimes help at short notice when availability allows, but advance booking gives you the best opportunity to secure the vehicle and travel time you prefer.
We are based in Moss Vale and collect throughout the Southern Highlands, including Bowral, Mittagong, Berrima, Burradoo, Robertson, Sutton Forest, Bundanoon, Burrawang, Exeter and surrounding areas. We also provide pre-booked journeys beginning or ending in the Southern Highlands, including travel to and from Sydney, Canberra, Wollongong, Sydney Airport, Canberra Airport and the Sydney cruise terminals.
Yes. Send us your journey details and we will prepare a written quote based on the information provided. Your booking is not confirmed until you have accepted the quote and received confirmation from our team.

If the journey involves a flight, cruise, child seat or a passenger who may need additional assistance, include those details too — the more we know, the more accurately we can recommend the right vehicle and prepare your quote.
Yes. Tell us how many people are travelling, how much luggage they will have and anything else the journey needs. Our fleet ranges from luxury sedans, electric vehicles and SUVs to Kia Carnival vans, minibuses, 24-seat buses and a 57-seat coach — we will recommend an appropriate vehicle and seating arrangement.
Yes, but please call ahead before visiting. This allows us to make sure someone is available to meet with you, as our team may be coordinating bookings or assisting passengers away from the office.
