Yes, when waiting time is arranged as part of the booking. Tell us how long the clinic expects the appointment to take and we'll recommend either booked waiting time or a separate return collection.

A family member, friend or carer is welcome to accompany you in the vehicle.

Advance booking gives you the best opportunity to secure the preferred vehicle and time. Short-notice bookings may sometimes be possible, subject to driver and vehicle availability.

Applicable tolls are included in your written quote. You won't need to find or arrange your own hospital parking. If driver parking, waiting or facility access costs are required, they will be considered and identified when the journey is quoted.

No. We do not provide emergency ambulance transport, clinical monitoring or urgent medical assistance. An appropriate emergency or health transport service should be used when medical care is required during the journey.

Yes. You can book the outbound trip, the return trip, or both together, whichever suits your appointment.
