Yes. Tell us what you have planned and we’ll work discreetly around the timing, route and any additional stops needed. Once the arrangements are confirmed, your driver will understand the plan before the day arrives.
Yes. We provide private, pre-booked transport from the Southern Highlands to concerts, theatre, sporting events and other venues throughout Sydney and Canberra. The outward and return journeys are arranged in advance around your event details.
Yes, where arranged as part of the booking. Depending on the expected duration, your driver may wait or return at an agreed time. Tell us your complete plans when enquiring so the appropriate arrangement can be included in your quote.

As early as possible, particularly for evenings, weekends, major Sydney events and larger groups. We may be able to accommodate shorter-notice bookings when vehicles and drivers are available, but advance booking gives you the best choice.
Special occasion chauffeur hire starts from $130 per hour. Your written quote will be prepared around your itinerary, timing, passenger numbers and vehicle requirements.
Any applicable tolls based on the itinerary you provide will be included in your written quote. If the itinerary changes after booking, we’ll explain whether the change affects the quoted cost.
Yes, child seats are available at no extra cost. Tell us the ages and requirements of the children travelling when making your enquiry.
Our fleet includes luxury sedans, the electric Zeekr 7X, premium SUVs, Kia Carnival vans, 11 and 13-seat buses, 24-seat buses and a 57-seat coach. We’ll recommend the most suitable option based on your group, itinerary and any access or luggage requirements.
