Membership Terms and conditions
Membership Validity: Membership is valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase and is non-refundable.
Booking Requirements: Discounts apply only to pre-scheduled bookings made directly with us.
Eligible Users: Membership benefits are limited to immediate family members residing at the same address.
Cancellations & Modifications: Changes to bookings must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled service to avoid cancellation fees or penalties.
Exclusions: The 10% discount does not apply to:
Local transfers of one hour or less
Tours (Friday through Sunday)
Group Bookings in our 10+ Seater Bus (Friday through Sunday)
